Mary Dougherty, a Real Estate Agent with the Team Dougherty at RE/MAX Properties Unlimited and #1 Morristown agent in 2016 (GSMLS) is a Certified Relocation Professional and Senior Real Estate Specialist who brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role.

Mary has served as Vice President of Sales for a Relocation Management Company for the North East Region where she succeeded in designing appropriate policies and services for medium to large sized organizations. Prior to that Mary consulted in the Global Relocation Services for 10 years in where she supported clients with designing the appropriate policies to assist in Assessing, Supporting and Retaining Global Talent before, during and after their assignments. Mary's expertise lied within Destination Services, Cross-Cultural Training and Expatriate EAP.

Ms. Dougherty has been featured in the who's who of Morris County Daily Record and is an esteemed presenter delivering webinars and lunch and learns to keep her clients abreast of the rapid changes in the relocation industry. Most recent topics have been "Linking Talent Management to Global Mobility" and "Cultural Nuances".

Ryan Dougherty is a Professional Licensed Realtor with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Concentration Management from Montclair State University. He is the leading Dougherty Group Sales Agent for 2016 and a First-Time Home Buyers Specialist.

John brings in over 10 years of selling experience to RE/MAX Properties Unlimited formally owning three different businesses.

John most recently owned a billboard company that ran marketing campaigns for many large companies. Growing up in Boise, Idaho into a family of hard working people John naturally had a hard working mindset.

John moved to New Jersey in 2011 with his girlfriend with the dream of becoming successful.

As a Morristown Resident for the last 6 years John has learned and I still expanding his knowledge of the area. As young hard working entrepreneur John is always available to help you with your needs.


Kathy is a Real Estate professional who was Born in Bad Axe, Michigan and moved to New Jersey to start a career with AT&T/Alcatel-Lucent, that lasted 27 years. Her Corporate and Sales Background has helped her develop extreme knowledge and skills in Finance, Business Planning, Time Management, along with being Highly Organized and great Negotiating Skills.

Kathy has been in the Real Estate Business for 5 years. She has extensive training in the profession by following the Mike Ferry model, supporting her clients with the most knowledge, respect, and care for transactions to be as smooth as possible.

Kathy lives in Madison with her two daughters and son-in-law.

She is the Historian and Publicity Manager for the Madison Historical Society.

Kathy has a degree in Interior Design and has a naturally keen eye for details and visualization. She is fascinated with historical homes and buildings and is mesmerized with intricate architectural design work. She is a master at listening and gaining knowledge of what people are looking for.


Jessica has a passion for finding and creating unique spaces for people to build their lives in. From renovating a Hoboken brownstone into a successful condo building to designing high end custom closets, she has a history of helpful people find the spaces that work for them.

Combining those skills with her love of Morristown made joining Team Dougherty the perfect next step for her. She also contributes to the community by serving as the HSA president and through her active role on the membership committee at Temple B’nai Or.

Jessica has lived in Morristown for nearly ten years with her husband, three children, and Bernese Mountain Dog.

Bev has over 20 years experience in Gardening, she holds a Degree in Fine Arts from Ohio Wesleyan University, was a Specialist of American Painting for Christies Art Auction and currently serves as a Member of The Morristown Garden Club for over 12 years.

Most recently Bev had held the esteemed position in New York City as Roof Top Gardener.

Bev's passion for this role came when she experienced the need while selling her home while downsizing and purchasing another.

When looking at potential new properties, Bev often thought that if Sellers really wanted to sell, they might invest in someone to weed, mulch, plant, prune and make it look like a home someone would want to buy.

First impressions matter and when Bev saw a house in need A LIGHTBULB WENT OFF! "I do that!" This is when First Impressions Matter was born!

Bev lives in Morristown with her husband Mark, and this is where they raised their three amazing sons.
